🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives who can visit local businesses daily to offer our recruitment services.
📌 No need to find leads — our backend team will schedule client meetings for you. Your role is to attend meetings, explain our services, and build client trust.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Visit 8–10 local businesses per day (shops, offices, factories)

• Attend meetings arranged by our backend team

• Introduce our recruitment services professionally

• Collect client requirements and share with the internal team

• Follow up through call/WhatsApp

• Submit daily visit report

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

• Good communication skills (English and Hindi required)

• Smartphone with WhatsApp is must

• Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits

• Sincere, punctual, and result-oriented mindset

💰 Salary

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000

• Incentives will be added later based on performance and results

• Travel allowance may be provided (if using own vehicle)
